200% Money Back Guarantee: The MaxCare staff is committed to providing you the finest cleaning services available. If for some reason, you are not completely happy with our cleaning, we will re-clean the area for free. If you are still not absolutely thrilled with the service we provided, we will refund your money, and we will donate $100.00 to the charity of your choice.

Spot Removal Guarantee: Spots removed STAY REMOVED. If we remove a spot and it comes back – we come back. Even a new spot or spill is covered by our 30-day guarantee. When a spill occurs, use you complementary spotting guide and “Max Clean” spot cleaner as directed, this should remove the spot. If this procedure does not remove the spot, just call our office and we will come out and take care of it for you.

Carpet Protector Guarantee: When you elect to have us apply carpet protector to your carpet, there is a warranty for twelve months from the date of application. If the treated carpet becomes stained from water based or oil based stains that have occurred during normal household use, and these stains cannot be removed, then we will refund the price you paid for the protector.
*Certain stains that affect the dye of the carpet may be permanent and/or require techniques other than a normal cleaning process. Removal attempts for these types of stains are subject to an additional charge.
