How long will my carpet take to dry? Up to 24 hours. In most cases, it will be dry in 4-6 hours. This depends on the humidity, temperature of the home, the density of the fiber and how soiled the carpet was before the cleaning. To speed drying, use fans, open windows 2-3 inches in the rooms cleaned, turn on heater (70-72 degrees), and on warmer days leave the air conditioner on.

Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning? Yes. Use the shoe covers we provide and use extreme caution when walking from damp carpet to any hard surface. Hard surface floors will be slippery.

Do you move furniture? Yes. Furniture moving is available.

Do you clean furniture? Yes. We are certified upholstery cleaners.

Can you remove pet odor and stains? In some cases the stain may be permanent, but we can take care of the odor. This would be an additional charge.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning process? No. You are welcome to leave after the paperwork has been signed and we are paid. Our technicians are insured.

How long does it take to clean the carpet? Depending on how large each room is, about 10-30 minutes per room.

Do you pre-spot? Yes. Carpet is treated with a pre-spray that is formulated to remove spots as well as general soil from traffic in your home.

Do you offer carpet spot dyeing? Yes. We can spot dye a small area. Some carpet colors make it difficult to completely blend the spot in, but we will let you know if that is the case.

What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment? Please give us 48 hours notice. You can schedule an appointment as far in advance as you would like.

How often do I need to clean my carpet? We recommend every 3-6 months for multi-resident homes, and at least once per year for single resident homes.
